How to Factory Reset and Hard Reset Micromax Canvas Knight 2 4G

Hard Reset / Factory Reset will restore your device to its initial state and will delete all your files. It is advisable to back up your important files before doing the reset process.


Hard Reset:

1. Turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold together Volume Down + Volume Up + Power button.

3. Once Recovery menu appears on the screen, release the buttons.

4. Select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons, and Menu Key + Back Key to confirm.

5. Then choose "Yes -- delete all user data" by holding for few seconds Menu key + Back key.

6. Confirm operation "reboot system now".


Alternate Hard Reset:

1. Power On Handset and connect to PC or Laptop

2. Download Android Tool and Drivers

3. Install both drivers "SCI android drivers" and "ADB Android Drivers"

4. Now open tool and press "5" and hit Enter Key to wipe data / factory reset.
