Recently, they officially announced the released of Android 5.0 Lollipop for most Nexus users. The long-awaited by Android users the "Android 5.0 Lollipop" OTA (Over-the-Air) update is now finally available.
According to Android the new update Android 5.0 Lollipop is one of the biggest and promises to deliver significant changes in design. It will also improve battery life, of course the performance and new appearance.
It will be rolled up on other Android devices in the next few months.
Samsung has not announce yet to when they will update their device, but most likely it will be on January 2015.
HTC has been communicative with the customers regarding the update, and it will be brought as soon as possible. The updates will begin with HTC One series (M8 and M7) then to other series. They assumed that all the HTC devices will receive the update by March through May.
Then, Sony made an announced of the Android 5.0 Lollipop and it will on Xperia Z series. Though they will start the upgrade at the beginning of 2015.
"We'll start the upgrade at the beginning of 2015 for the core Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 series – continuing thereafter for all remaining devices above," announced Sony.
