How to Create an Android App for Your Blog/Site and Publish to Google Play

Recently, I've made an Android App for this site but was not successfully publish it on Google Play since it requires a payment of $25. Too bad for me, but I am still considering to publish it on Google Play in the near future. This is very useful for your readers that uses Android phones or tablets. They can easily download your Android app and install it immediately on their devices. Even though I was not able to publish it to Google Play, I was still able to create an app for my site.

I will show you on how to create an Android app for your blog or site. A very simple steps which can be done with less than 5 minutes of your time.

Step 1. Go to AppsGeyser and create your account.

Just a little backgound AppGeyser is a site where you can create an app for your site or blog and other useful apps. They have daily Statistics for the number of Installs, Downloads and Usages of your app for you to track.

Step 2. Click on "Create App".

Step 3. Choose "Website".

There a lot of choices and you can also explore them if want too. For now, let's try to choose "Website" for we are creating an app for your website or blog.

Step 4. Enter your Website URL and other information of your blog. If you want a customize icon, then you can choose "Custom Icon" and upload it.

Step 5. For "Category", you can choose "Blogs".

Step 6. Finally, click on "Create App".
