How to Import/Export Contents Between Memory SD Card and Sony Xperia Tablet Z

Even gadgets like tablets and computers need some backing up in case something goes wrong with those devices. We often store all those data in a flash drive or a SD Memory card. The purpose of this article is to show you how to import/export contents between a SD memory card and your Sony Xperia Tablet Z. With the File transfer app, performing such task is just a tap away. Here's how you can do it.

1. First, you need to insert your SD memory card on your tablet's SD memory card slot.

2. Tap on the Apps&Widgets icon.

3. Then select on the File transfer app. 

4. Tap on the file or folder you wish to transfer to add a check mark on it. 

> if you tap on the recording media icon it switches between the importing and exporting

 screen

> if you want to move to a folder, just tap the icon of the folder in the list ( to display detailed information about the folder, tap and hold the icon of the folder)

5. Now to select a destination folder, tap onin Import to or Export to.

6. And tapto start the file transferring.
