By using this method it will not delete your files, but it will force restart your Sony Xperia Z3.Use this method if your device is frozen or unable to solve by Factory Reset.
Hard Reset by special button:
1. Sony made a special button, just by pressing it your device will reset to default or to its original state.
2. You can find the Hard Reset button under the flap cover of MicroSD card slot on your Xperia Z3 Compact.
3. Just use a thick or moderate pen, or any object that will fit to the hole to press it.
Hard Reset Using Buttons
- Turn off the Xperia Z3 Compact.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons together.
- Simultaneously press and hold the Power key.
- Release the buttons, once you enter the recovery mode.
- Now navigate to the Recovery option with volume keys.
- Press Power key to confirm.
