
Want to transfer your blog to a real domain?
You don't have to research further on how to transfer your blog to your domain name.
Here's a step by step instructions on how you do it:
Step 1. In your blogger account, go to "Settings".

Step 2. Then you will be directed to your "Basic" settings. Under your Basic settings, you can see "Publishing" where your URL site was saved. Then click on "Add a custom domain".

Step 3. If you don't have a domain, then you can also buy a domain available for you blog in this section. Just click on "Check availability", then your domain will be checked and directed to goDaddy for the payment. In case you already have your domain, just click on "Switch to advanced settings", enter your domain name and saved it.

Step 4. If you are using goDaddy for your domain name, log on to your account and go to "My Account". Beside your "Domains", click on "Launch".

Step 5. Then you will be directed to your "Domain Manager". Click on your domain name, in here I should click "ZAKYRI.COM".

Step 6. Under "Domain Enhancements", you can see "DNS Manager". Click on "Launch".

Step 7. On CNAME (Alias) you can see "Host", on the bottom of "Host" if you can see "www" edit that section by clicking on the pencil icon. Under "Host" enter "www", and under "Points to" enter "ghs.google.com". If you can't the "www", just click "Quick Add" and enter the same information. Now click on "Save Zone File" on the upper right corner or lower left corner.

That would be all. You need to wait few hours or even 24 hours before it will take affect. Thank you for viewing.
