
Just follow these steps on how to refresh your NOOK library:
• If your NOOK for iPad/iPhone/iPod is currently open, close the App and after 1 minute open it again.
• Tap on the sync button located at the upper right corner.
This should synchronize your NOOK Book purchases and downloads.
If syncing won't do anything, then you may need to sign out and sign back in to fully refresh your NOOK library.
• Tap the icon which resembles a gear which is located on the top right hand corner of the application.
• A box will appear with with the e-mail address associated with your BN.com account and a there will be a button labeled "Log out".
• Tap the "Log out" button.
• When asked, "Would you like to logout and reset NOOK to its factory settings," tap "reset."
• After you tap "reset", the app will sign you out and bring you back to the NOOK for iPad/iPhone/iPod main page.
• Sign back in to the NOOK application using your registered email address and password.
This should refresh all the content on your NOOK library of your NOOK for iPad/iPhone/iPod app and you should be able to download your NOOK Book successfully.
