That’s what some of the employers are trying to break. They believe that creating a workplace a little stress-free and fun can stimulate creative and better ideas and thus increase productivity. And one of the remedy to this is creating a not-your-typical-gray-cubicle working space. With touches of multiple-colored painted walls, well-designed and imaginative furniture pieces, recreational rooms and down to the most unusual creative stuff—all these and more are offered by some companies just to lure in talents and even aim for a zero attrition rate.
Well check out which companies made it to our list of most creative workplaces in the world.
4. Facebook (California, USA)
The social networking giant’s active members are usually the younger generation. It’s undeniable that Facebook’s workplace depicts a hipper environment. Bikes and skateboards are all allowed INSIDE the office. Led by the youngest millionaire Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook employees get their fresh ideas from a workplace that resonates with the lifestyle of being young and bold. And with their recent plan on campus expansion, you'll expect better and bolder ideas from Facebook. After all, a combined eight football field rooftop garden is one heck of an inspiration.
3. Pixar Studios (California, USA)

Creators of Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Wall E, Cars and just most of the top grossing animated films seem to nurture fun at work. No wonder they're able to come up with stories and ideas as imaginative as talking cars and toys. A business like this can only unleash the creative side of its employees with a work environment that's designed out-of-the-box. Of course, you wouldn't expect brilliant and top-grossing ideas if you are trapped in a gray cubicle. And if you're a company like Pixar whose earning millions of dollars in global cinemas, then you wouldn't mind spending extra bucks renovating your office. That's why they have banned gray cubicles in the production floor.
2. Google (Zurich, Switzerland)
When it comes to innovation, this search giant is not a newbie. If you have a workplace as seen on pictures below, innovative ideas would indeed come up spontaneously. Google also offers free food and drinks to to its employees, couple of recreational and relaxing rooms, white boards on almost everywhere (that's where they write down ideas that would just pop up in their heads) and oh did i mention they have free food and drinks? Rumors said that Google receives 150,000 CV's daily and claims to read them one by one. Well, who doesn't want to be part of such company? It's GOOGLE and you're going to feel lucky!
1. Selgas-Cano Architecture ( Madrid, Spain)
This Spanish architectural firm tops our list. When companies are all on skyscrapers and in busy big cities where business transactions usually take place, this low profile firm decided to nestled in the woods. The greenery view, the sealed glass, the submarine type office and choices of furniture pieces are just too perfect for you to dig in to some extensive brain-storming. It is indeed a home for the architects. I can just imagine the creative ideas sprouting from this office with such view.
