Three more days and Amazon will soon hit
the stage and unveil its latest version of Kindle Fire as they will hold a
Press Conference on September 6 in Santa Monica, CA. The said big event will launch two versions of
Kindle Fire. Others are expecting a 7-inch Fire and a larger one to go on
head-to-head with iPad.
But according to an unnamed source who have
seen the products, it reported to CNET that Amazon will unveil a new 7-inch
Kindle Fire and a slightly modified version of the original device. What’s in
store for us with this new Kindle Fire? Aside from the fact, that it’s quite
affordable unlike iPads, this new device will boast a faster processor, a
camera, physical volume controls and an HDMI port. It will also have more
storage capacity than the original but it won’t be expandable.
As for the slightly modified 7-inch Kindle
Fire device, one thing’s for sure that it’ll have a newer interface. No words
yet on what are some of the changes for this other device. But news said that
this will be definitely cheaper enough to compete with Google’s extra affordable
and surprising Nexus 7.
The smartphone world is already crowded and
now so is the tablet market. Amazon once held the top spot. Now they’re hoping
to get back what was lost. And they have their faith on its new Kindle Fire. We'll see then.
