There has been speculation that the iPhone 5 will likely break the record of sales in smartphones. Apple is flooding with pre-orders in their newly announced iPhone 5. As Apple spokeswoman said to AllThingsD in the last few days: “Pre-orders for iPhone 5 have been incredible. We’ve been completely blown away by the customer response.”
According to TechCrunch, iPhone 5 pre-order sells out 20X faster than the iPhone 4 and 4S. Apple is predicting that iPhone 5 will sell between 6 to 10 million units during its first week of availability and will reach up to 139 million by the end of the year.
It seems that the new ad of Samsung that compares the specifications of both iPhone 5 and the Galaxy S III doesn’t have an effect to consumers. Apple still flooding with pre-orders in their new iPhone 5 and will likely break the record of sales in smartphone.
As we all know that Apple is now the Most Valuable Company in history. It owns nearly 70% of the tablet market with their most famous tablet which is the iPad. Their iPad sold more than 84,000,000 units in June 2012 alone. With these combination Apple seems to be unstoppable.
