There are 3 free meetings to sample the service. If you like the app, then you can buy 10 meeting packages for $2.99 or 100 meeting packages for $19.99.
This is only a one time payment and no annual subscriptions. You can also delete and create new meetings.

As of now, Evermeeting app is compatible with iPhone and iPad.

With evermeeting you can create an agenda before the meeting is held and start interesting the individual points as the objectives are met. Note taking is a very useful tool, but sometimes we just don't have the time to take them. This is why we have created the quick notes: they contain symbols that summarize important passages or points of a meeting, as bookmarks in a book.
If you need to take more comprehensive notes, we have a comments tool, where you can insert more relevant thoughts.
A meeting can give rise to subsequent tasks. You can use them as reminders, for you or for anyone else: just insert an email in the tool's dialogue box and the deadline and the person will receive an email alert.
You can also activate the audio if you need further information-gathering support. There are no time constraints, just record what you need! Additionally, all the tools that you use in the timeline of the meeting will automatically insert time marks in your audio to link the information of your timeline to that of the recording.
Activate the transcription tool if you need to transcribe the audio to have your meeting in writing. You will receive the text you need after a few minutes.
You can select the participants or people with whom you want to share the meeting. These participants will receive an email with a summary of the marks inserted during the meeting, or they can also access the shared meeting directly from the app.
All evermeeting information is stored on the cloud. It will not use up space on your device and will make the information readily available from any mobile device or place.
