Election Day in the U.S is just few days
away. It is scheduled on November 6 but could be move due to the severe
aftermath of superstorm Sandy that led to power outage and property
destruction. While Americans are still waiting for advisory straight from the
White House, you can check Google’s new Voter Information Tool to do some
research on your candidates before you even cast your vote.
The tool is as easy as 1,2,3. Just enter
your address on the Voter Tool page and you’ll find information like your polling
place, early vote locations, ballot information with links to candidates’
social media sites like facebook and twitter page. The tool also includes
voting rules and requirements in case you’re not well-versed with it. And if
you’re unable to find the voting information of your address, a link appears on
top suggesting that you check the state’s complete voter information.
Your vote matters. Responsible voting comes in choosing the rightful candidate. And Google's new tool can help you be all ready for the upcoming election. Check it out!
